Henry “Hank” Didier, Jr. is a consumer safety advocate who is happy about the fact that there are now fewer auto defect cases because of what he and his colleagues have been able to accomplish through product liability litigation.
Founder of the Didier Law Firm, P.A., he has a long history of representing clients and their families whose lives have been irrevocably changed by a defective product, a rollover accident, a tire failure, or a dangerously operated truck.
Hank graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida State University, and with Honors from the Duke University School of Law. In his years of practice, he has obtained numerous million-dollar-plus verdicts for his clients over the years, and more importantly, his cases have been the catalyst for a vehicle recall, product warnings and manufacturing changes.
At the firm, he specializes in the litigation of complex product liability and catastrophic accident cases, the vast majority of which involve severe bodily injury, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and wrongful death. His clients and their families are the reason he is absolutely committed to advocating for consumer rights both in and out of courtroom.
“Who we are is defined by the service we provide to clients who trust us to represent them.” Henry “Hank” Didier.
Understanding that to convince a jury to compensate his client for the negligence of others takes not only undisputed evidence but also skill and persuasion, Hank has attended the acclaimed regional Trial Lawyers College seminars developed by Gerry Spence, and trained with Reptile author David Ball.
Hank holds an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell, has been consistently recognized in Florida’s Super Lawyers magazine, selected as a member of the Nation’s Top One Percent by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel, received The Litigator Award 2014 by the Trial Lawyers Board of Regents, included in The Best Lawyers in America® 2012-2014, named one of Florida’s Legal Elite by Florida Trend Magazine, and one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers Association. He is a frequent speaker on product safety-related topics.
Involved in many professional legal associations, Hank is a Past President of the Central Florida Trial Lawyers Association and a board member of the Southern Trial Lawyers Association. In addition, he is actively involved in the American Association for Justice, the National Trial Lawyers Association and the Florida Justice Association.
He resides in Orlando with his wife and four children.
